Jesica is a Human Resources Specialist in the Corporate Services division. She has a Bachelor in Communication Sciences, a Master in Corporate Communication and Marketing and a PhD in Business Management. She has taken additional training courses related to Talent Management, Marketing, and Communication. Jesica worked for over 6 years at an oil and gas company, where she managed the HR department for 4 years. She believes team members are the heart of an organization. Teamwork ensures a company may reach its objectives. She is excited to work at Interprenet because she has the opportunity to participate in a global company. Interprenet's values are reflected by how its staff give their best and support one another. Communication is of up-most importance to Jesica. She believes this is particularly true in business, where language cannot be a barrier to reach new audiences. She enjoys traveling, exploring different cultures, learning languages, going to the movies, and reading.
